Make a Difference in One of Sweden's Most Important Networks – Drive Growth in the MDU Segment
As an Account Manager for new MDU customers (medium/large), you will be a key player in expanding Sweden's open fiber infrastructure. You will drive new sales to private property owners and create a stable and broad pipeline in a market with great potential.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for growing GlobalConnect's presence among private property owners with larger housing portfolios. You will work dedicatedly with new customer sales, structure long sales cycles, and build relationships with property owners who want to future-proof their digital infrastructure.
You will join a team with extensive experience, modern sales and CRM support (Sugar), and a clear ambition: to increase the number of large deals through a broader and more predictable pipeline.

Our network is critical infrastructure. By connecting more residential properties, we strengthen connectivity throughout society. This role directly contributes to GlobalConnect's growth and ensures that more households have access to fast, stable, and future-proof fiber.
Your Responsibilities
- Process and drive new customer sales to private property owners with 50+ households.
- Build and develop a broad and qualitative pipeline towards approximately 10,000 potential property owners.
- Lead long sales cycles (6+ months) from prospecting to signed agreement.
- Conduct customer meetings, needs analysis, quotation processes, and negotiations.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience selling network solutions or experience selling to property owners, MDU, or BRF markets.
- Experience in sales with long sales cycles (6+ months) or procurement.
- Documented hunter profile – comfortable in new customer acquisition and relationship building.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
The Team You Will Join
You will be part of a Nordic commercial team where salespeople are located in Östersund, Uppsala, and Stockholm. Many in the team have worked together for a long time, creating security, knowledge, and a good atmosphere – while now building a more stable and modernized working method after a period of changes. We want you to become part of our Stockholm or Uppsala team.
