About the role 

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who wants to be part of a growth journey. You will be based in Stockholm, but your focus will be on the Finnish market. You are proactive, business-driven, and experienced enough to support Verified's customers all the way. The role focuses on driving customer growth, strengthening relationships, and creating value.

As a CSM, you need to have many different skills. Besides learning about our products and how they work, the most important thing is that you are good at listening and understanding our customers and their needs. The better we understand our customers, the better advice we can give them on how to use our products and services. Our ambition is to stay one step ahead of customer needs and provide new insights and functionalities.

Your task is to support our customers in how their organization, workflows, and how Verified best collaborates to succeed in their projects and management. This requires experience working with external and internal stakeholders at all levels of an organization. You will also act as the customer’s voice when we develop new features and products that will delight our customer base.

What your days will consist of 

  • Collaboration - Be a partner for our existing customers.
  • Business Development - A large part of your time will be spent with our customers to understand their goals, organization, and processes, and then advise them on how to best utilize Verified to succeed.
  • Value Creation - You will be the primary contact for the customer, ensuring their satisfaction is top-notch by identifying needs-based opportunities and creating long-term strategies and plans to grow the customer’s engagement with Verified.
We expect you to contribute to the team with
  • Your experience as a CSM from the SaaS industry. 
  • A background in a sales or customer-oriented role and comfort in working with B2B. 
  • Your proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written, as daily communication occurs in both languages. 
  • An ability to work with different types of organizations and people, allowing you to quickly understand their circumstances and needs. 
  • Your aptitude for processes, data, and methods.

It is a plus if you
  • Have worked with Hubspot, Google, and Zendesk
  • Have experience with KYC/AML processes
  • Have knowledge/experience of AML, eIDAS, DORA, etc. 
  • Have experience working in a scale-up company
