Do you want to be part of shaping a new, comprehensive traffic management system that will impact tens of thousands of users every day? We are looking for a senior UX designer who takes clear overall responsibility for the design process and plays a key role in the development of a new ordering and contract web portal.

The Assignment

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a user experience that works for several key target groups – including the ordering center, travel guarantee function, taxi providers, and internal business roles.

You will lead the design process end-to-end:

• Insight work and target group analysis
• Concept development and UX flows
• Prioritization of functionality and identification of critical needs
• Prototypes and solution sketches in Figma
• User testing and validation

You will work closely with the business, development, and other competencies, driving the design work forward independently in a complex context with many stakeholders.

You are

A methodical, senior UX designer who is completely comfortable driving and adapting a user-centered design process according to conditions and purpose.

You have extensive experience in research, testing, concept development, visualization, and communication of insights – and are used to working in larger organizations and agile, cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of full-time experience in UX design
• At least 3 years of experience in UI design
• Documented experience in user-centered design throughout the process
• Experience in independently planning and executing complete design processes
• Ability to translate insights into clear materials for the team
• Solid experience in Figma for both sketches and interactive prototypes
• At least 2 years of experience working in agile development teams
• Experience in prioritizing functionality using design methodology

Meritorious

• Experience in translating user needs into functional/non-functional requirements
• Design of work tools for professional users
• Previous assignments in the public sector
