Your Role

As a Change & Initiative Lead within Business Applications, you will work to analyze and drive internal customer business requirements. You will closely collaborate with the organization's Architect and Business Analyst to ensure that initiatives are completed on time and with high quality. Your role also involves working with various teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives from idea to implementation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving initiatives, planning resource needs, and managing the budget
• Acting as the point of contact for existing and new initiatives
• Creating and maintaining a network with Saab's business areas and managing customer relationships
• Analyzing and compiling collected information to implement the service
• Creating, participating in, and coordinating relevant forums and meetings

Your Profile

We are looking for a motivated and confident person who is social and enjoys driving initiatives. You take responsibility for moving things forward and have the ability to analyze what needs to be done to lead the way forward. You are a structured team player who creates progress by prioritizing and collaborating with others.

You have a knack for engaging people and the ability to connect with them in the right way. Your responsibility spans from evaluation to maintenance, requiring a holistic understanding and commitment throughout the entire cycle.

Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English are a fundamental requirement.

Meritorious

• Previous experience as an Initiative Driver or similar role
• Experience in project management or driving initiatives
• Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks and requirements management tools

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for specific citizenship.
