Fullstack Developer Wanted at Surikat

Together with Surikat, we are now looking for a Fullstack Developer with strong skills in JavaScript/React. This position is suitable for you who are at the beginning of your career and have a great passion for programming. ABOUT THE POSITION

On the 17th floor of Läppstiftet in Gothenburg, the product company Surikat has its office. Through its self-developed SaaS platform, they help companies such as DB Schenker and Stena Line to optimize and streamline transport and logistics processes. Their technology enables, for example, the management of deliveries and signatures digitally for drivers and also creates greater transparency and digital visibility over supply chains.

In the role of Fullstack Developer, you will contribute to creating new innovative solutions that ultimately generate significant customer value. You will belong to one of our development teams and initially be assigned a mentor who supports you and provides the right conditions for you to grow into the role. You will primarily work on projects related to Surikat's SaaS platform, which is based on JavaScript/React. Surikat works project-based, which includes the entire development process, from analysis to final delivery and management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

• Development in the SaaS platform (primarily JavaScript/React)
• Improving performance and user experience through updates to new technologies
• Design and implementation of new features in the SaaS platform
• Planning and structuring new data models to support customer-specific processes

To qualify for the position, you also have:

• A YH or bachelor's degree in IT, or equivalent work experience
• Several years of experience in a similar role focusing on technologies such as Typescript, JavaScript, and React.js
• Knowledge of Node.js and MongoDB.
• A strong interest in programming and can showcase your own hobby projects, labs, or projects from your education
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of Docker and/or Kubernetes.
