We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist with experience in home healthcare within regular housing. We prefer that you have at least 2-4 years of experience in the field and good collaboration skills. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and may have one or more other languages. You should focus on the individual, see their needs, and be flexible within their decisions. It is important that you can collaborate with others and are responsive to the needs and changes that may arise. Are you engaged and find value in your work with other people? About us
Abello home care – we are a reliable home care service that provides support according to municipal assistance decisions. In addition to home care, we deliver home healthcare and household services. We work in teams – we develop together and work towards common goals. We have an HSL team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. To strengthen our team, as our occupational therapist is going on parental leave, we are now looking for a licensed occupational therapist.

Working hours 40 - 50% preferably with experience in elderly care.

The team and our collaboration are important parts of our culture. Together we focus on finding solutions and always ensuring the best for the patient. We solve problems and learn from them. You will work closely with unit managers, other members of the HSL team, and care staff. This includes mentoring/training staff in a rehabilitative approach and work techniques, as well as providing advice to care staff. With us, you will have great freedom, and you must be able to work independently and in a team. We have short decision-making paths and place great importance on personal applicability and your ability to see the whole picture.

About you
You have a warm heart and a strong commitment, enjoy challenges, and are passionate about working with people in need of support. As an occupational therapist with us, you share responsibility for our rehabilitation unit together with our physiotherapist. We always prioritize the needs of the patient, and our days are characterized by this while also offering great opportunities to independently plan the care interventions. Your tasks
We are currently looking for a licensed physiotherapist within the HSL team in Lund. The main assignment as a physiotherapist within Abello home healthcare means for you to:

  • maintain a professional approach, which means that you always provide high quality in care and interaction.

  • prescribe aids and follow up on them

  • ordain various training programs, with and without an occupational therapist

  • document in Lifecare to ensure that we maintain high quality and delivery reliability. Digital signing of HSL interventions occurs in APPVA - to ensure good care and support

  • be flexible and development-oriented.

  • take personal responsibility and have the ability to collaborate.

  • experience working with Lifecare is advantageous

Post-secondary education of two years or longer
Driving license B, and it is good if you can cycle.
