We are now looking for experienced nursing assistants for a permanent part-time position (75%) evening shift. We offer training and several benefits.

About Fridhemslund Fridhemslund is a residence with 80 apartments on four floors, completely newly built. 40 places are somatic and 40 places are for dementia. The residence is located near nature and the sea. It is close to public transport. • We apply a basic schedule, which means that you work days, evenings, and weekends with us.

• You have a group leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operation. Becoming a group leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.

• We work to create new, exciting activities for our residents.

As a nursing assistant, you are extremely important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyles and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.

You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement.
