About the Position

Your main task is to create quality-assured teaching in the after-school program according to the curriculum goals.

Your responsibilities include pedagogical work in a group of children where you support their development and provide opportunities for various leisure activities while developing their social skills and knowledge.

In collaboration with other staff, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and developing the activities in the after-school program.

The position is 50% and is a fixed-term employment for one year starting from the school start in January 2026.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a qualified teacher in after-school programs and has a license to teach in after-school settings.

Your relationships with the students are characterized by mutual respect, collaboration, a trusting approach, and positive expectations. You dare to set demands on the students and are clear about the expectations placed upon them. Furthermore, you are active in collegial learning and systematically reflect on your work both individually and together with others, linked to the goals of the activities.

We expect you to have good IT skills and a strong ability to collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
