Test Leader at the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority

Important Societal Tasks
With us, you will have the opportunity to plan, lead, execute, and document technical tests as well as usability tests of the services being developed in an agile development process. You will develop and manage strategies for methods, processes, and provide recommendations for the acquisition of tools for these. Furthermore, the work involves configuration and use of tools for conducting tests.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with both your colleagues and external individuals, and you will have the chance to work with automated testing in collaboration with the developers at the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority and the agency's operations.
The role also involves testing and test management of web platforms and applications.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in IT or several years of experience in the IT field deemed equivalent.
- Experience in documenting technical tests and usability tests.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience in automating tests.
- Experience in training and supporting end-users in the development of test cases.
- Worked in the public sector.
- Worked in classified security operations.
- Experience with methods and tools such as Azure DevOps or similar.
- Experience with agile methods/scrum in software development projects.
- Experience in accessibility adaptation of digital services.

To succeed in this role, you are a meticulous and structured problem solver who enjoys the challenge of tackling complex issues. You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with others and working on development tasks with your team.

Employment Conditions
The employment is a permanent position starting by agreement. The employment may begin with a six-month probationary period.
Some of our tasks are classified, which means that a security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted before a hiring decision is made. For some of our classified tasks, Swedish citizenship is also required.
You may be part of the agency's crisis organization and may also be placed in a war position at the agency. The crisis organization performs radiation protection assessments and nuclear technical analyses and collaborates with other relevant actors to manage radiological emergencies, including situations of heightened preparedness.
