Do you want to be the expert who guides customers in important decisions when planning their garden room?

As a salesperson at Willab Garden, you will guide customers in important decisions when they plan their garden room. You are a central touchpoint in the customer experience, and your way of listening and guiding makes a significant difference in their decision-making process.

Job Responsibilities

As a salesperson with us, you will:

  • meet customers where they contact us, both in-store and online
  • maintain customer dialogue throughout the entire process
  • design constructions in a 3D program (KKP)
  • identify necessary adjustments based on the customer's conditions
  • create and follow up on quotes
  • answer questions regarding products and solutions

Working Hours: The schedule varies depending on the season. From February to October, working hours may extend until 6 PM on weekdays and every other Saturday.

Who are you?

This role suits you if you enjoy building relationships, thrive in a dynamic environment, and like to combine advisory work with sales. A key part of the job involves understanding the customer's conditions, so we see it as an advantage if you have technical construction knowledge or experience working with drawings. You don’t need to be a designer, but you should be able to read drawings and understand the implications of different choices.

We believe you recognize yourself in the following:

  • documented experience in sales or advisory customer contact
  • ability to read and understand construction drawings
  • solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and in a team
  • good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
  • good computer skills are a prerequisite
