Sven Brolidsväg opened in 2023 and we work in large teams across two units, one for younger and one for older children. We have a large yard that invites exploration and discovery. We value professional relationships at all levels and see collaboration at all levels as success factors. We work process-oriented in project form, where children's democratic values are appreciated and seen as a given.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developing environment where children can grow at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activities according to the preschool's curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

Meritorious:

• Ability to work with children's processes in project form
• Knowledge of working with the environment both indoors and outdoors as the third educator

We are responsible for education and care for about 25,000 children in nearly 350 municipal preschools. The administration has around 7,000 employees distributed across approximately 75 professions.
