We are looking for an engaged preschool teacher with strong self-leadership for Arves Marias Road Preschool.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a secure leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developing environment where children can grow at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activities according to the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing, and you are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

Meritorious:

• Have experience working inspired by Reggio Emilia.
• Have worked with a project-based and exploratory approach in preschool.
• Have good knowledge of pedagogical documentation and can use digital tools to make children's learning processes visible.
• Have the ability to structure and document your educational work clearly.
• Are solution-focused and see opportunities both in the team and in independent work.
