At Hästhagen-Uddared Preschools, the development of every individual is in focus, big or small. As an educator in our preschools, you will be part of the pedagogical Monday of the work team where the week's work is planned. You will have collective time with other preschool teachers and continuous professional development in our deepening meetings and study days that are directly linked to the work you do every day with children and colleagues.

You meet each child, guardian, and colleague with curiosity, respect, and humility. You have a strong desire for learning and development of your own pedagogical role and see your and the work team's quality work and professional development as part of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher who is ready to get to know themselves at Hästhagen-Uddared Preschools and develop further together with others. We seek someone who meets people with genuine curiosity and interest in what they bring and how you can meet them. We are looking for someone who is interested in what education in preschool can become and wants to help shape it together with all of us. Interest in and experience with sustainable development, pedagogical documentation, music, and arts-based learning is advantageous. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Preschool teacher certification is required.
