JOB DESCRIPTION

As a nursing assistant in our home care, your task is to provide good care. With a good approach, personal engagement, and initiative, you support our elderly to have a good everyday life. Our work is based on great respect for individual needs and wishes, which requires you to be attentive. To perform your work professionally, you will be delegated tasks. You will also collaborate with other professionals such as nurses, rehabilitation staff, and our cognitive support team.

Working hours: Both day and evening shifts may be applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has experience in elderly care.

We expect that through your education, you have the ability to see individual needs, be attentive, and provide a good everyday life for our elderly. You need to be flexible as shifts may change, and since the pace can sometimes be high, it is important to remain calm. You also need to communicate well in spoken and written Swedish and have experience with documentation.

You need to be solution-focused, responsible, and engaged. You can collaborate as well as work independently. Furthermore, you need to take initiative, have a good approach, and always keep our elderly in focus. Personal suitability is highly valued.

The position requires a B driver's license and the ability to cycle.
