The Home Care Center's area extends within walking and cycling distance from Kungshällan's Assisted Living. Two workgroups are part of the Center. Here we work with functional support and a salutogenic approach. Our goal is for everyone we assist to have good days, and our values are based on responsibility, respect, trust, and interaction.

Höör is located in the heart of Skåne, has good train connections, beautiful nature, 17,000 inhabitants, and a steady population increase. With around 1,400 employees, Höör Municipality is the largest employer. Many of our employees commute here.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who has the will and commitment to shape and develop home care and their own competence.

As a nursing assistant with us, you will have a significant role in our operations. Your main tasks will be to:

• Provide personal care and service to citizens in regular housing.
• Encourage activity and social interaction.
• Document according to our routines.
• As a designated care contact, write an implementation plan together with the citizen.
• Be part of a competent and supportive team, including nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and care managers.

We use Time Care as a scheduling tool and Life Care as a documentation tool. We actively work within the municipality with technology and digitalization.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a trained nursing assistant with a strong interest and commitment to your profession, or have another equivalent education that the employer finds suitable.

You have an empathetic ability and as a person, you are positive, secure, independent, solution-focused, and put citizens at the center. An important part of your work is to create good relationships.

You need to master the Swedish language in both speech and writing and have good computer skills. As a person, you are positively inclined towards new challenges, have good collaboration skills, and a good attitude.

The position will be filled provided that the necessary political decisions are made and that it does not need to be reserved for internal use.
