We are looking for a business-driven and entrepreneurial Account Manager with Norwegian as their native language, who will contribute to strengthening Muntra's continued growth in the Norwegian market. About the RoleAs an Account Manager at Muntra, you will be a key person in an engaged sales team currently consisting of three people. You will be responsible for the entire sales process in the Norwegian market - from initial contact to signed agreement.
The sales processes are both complex and consultative, with both short and long sales cycles. This means you must be attentive, patient, and skilled at building trust over time.
You will work with significant autonomy and have the freedom to manage your own workday. You report to the CEO and collaborate closely with the marketing department on brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire sales process - from prospecting to signed agreement
- Participate in industry fairs and events
- Book and conduct sales meetings
- Hold presentations and demonstrations of Muntra's platform
- Negotiate and drive sales processes to meet set goals
- Contribute to ensuring Muntra is top of mind when customers consider system changes
- Create and develop long-term customer relationships - even after the agreement is secured
- Work in the CRM system HubSpot
We are looking for a relationship builder who thrives with a lot of responsibility and enjoys driving sales in a complex and trust-based environment. It is important that you have a good technical understanding and a genuine interest in delving into Muntra's system in depth - how it works and how it creates value for customers.

Experience and Competence
- At least two years of experience in B2B sales
- Good technical understanding and ability to quickly grasp Muntra's system
- Norwegian as a native language, written and spoken
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Willingness to travel for work, including overnight stays
- Residing in Norway or Stockholm
It is also an advantage if you:
- Have experience in sales within SaaS
- Background in dental health, healthcare, or care services
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
