JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a specialist nurse assistant in dementia looking for new challenges? We are now seeking a specialist nurse assistant for Bellevue's special housing! Here you will work closely with our residents in a safe and homely environment where your skills make a real difference. We are looking for someone who is calm, secure, and professional, with a positive and engaged approach that creates safety for both residents and colleagues.

The role includes typical nurse assistant tasks such as personal care, support during meals, social interaction and conversation, medication management, documentation, as well as transfers and handling of assistive devices. You contribute to a meaningful and structured everyday life and collaborate closely with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals.

As a specialist nurse assistant in dementia, you also have a deepened role where you support colleagues in approach and working methods, work person-centered, and participate in the quality development of the organization. You actively work in the BPSD registry and are happy to take responsibility for administrative tasks. With your specialist knowledge, you create safety, continuity, and development in the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

• Trained nurse assistant
• Further trained specialist nurse assistant with a focus on dementia
• Experience working with individuals with dementia diagnoses
• Experience working in the BPSD registry (administrative experience is an advantage)
• Good ability to work independently and in a team
• Confident in your professional role and secure in your interactions with individuals with various dementia diseases
