Personal Assistants Wanted for New Assistance Service

We are now looking for personal assistants with documented care experience for a newly started assistance service.

We are seeking assistants for assignments in Kinna. At the customer's request, we prefer female applicants.

It is important for us that you connect with the customer you will be working with. Interviews and visits with the customer will be conducted before a probationary employment is applied.

For this assignment, it is important that you as an assistant are empathetic and respect the customer's integrity.

As an assistant, you have a good sense of humor but are also prepared to make your own decisions. You have the ability to read situations and possibly take a step back when needed.

The customer is a young woman living in her own apartment. Assistance is provided in the form of double assistance around the clock, which means you will also be awake at night. The customer uses a wheelchair for mobility and has hearing and vision impairments.

We are now looking for assistants for larger working hours as well as hourly substitutes.

We are looking for skills and knowledge in tube feeding, tracheostomy, suctioning, cough machines, and communication via text. This is highly meritorious but not necessarily a requirement.

The customer communicates in Swedish, so fluency in the language both spoken and written is a requirement.

Start date according to agreement.

A police record is always requested before employment.
