JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant, you work with a person-centered approach based on the unique needs of the user. The care assistant role includes being a primary care contact for several users. Welfare technology is something we work extensively with, and the use of technical solutions is part of our working method and thinking when meeting the needs of citizens. It is part of our systematic work environment efforts as we work smarter and more efficiently. We are currently in the process of installing medication robots to facilitate medication management and to make life more independent for our users.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a care education equivalent to a care assistant (certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare required). You should also have previous work experience in care and support. You have computer skills and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

A valid driver's license (B) is required for this position.
