Job Responsibilities

As a nursing responsible nurse, you will be responsible for both specific and general nursing care. We in care and nursing believe that we have one of the most rewarding jobs in Örnsköldsvik. You will have a central role in the team, where you work closely with other professional groups with the resident at the center. Through your medical knowledge, we see that you find solutions that create security and added value for the resident.

You will guide staff and students, as well as provide support and advice to relatives. You will work together with colleagues to create a meaningful day for the residents.

We currently work during the day and every sixth weekend. Within the municipality, you as an employee have the benefit of wellness grants and a wellness hour per week. We also collaborate with other units within the Health and Medical Care Department such as Special Housing, home care, and evening/night teams.

Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in the field. It is advantageous if you have supervisor training or other advanced training, for example, with a focus on psychiatry. We are looking for someone who can work independently but at the same time has the ability to see themselves as part of a team.

You should have a strong commitment, a positive attitude towards development, and be attracted to situations where innovation and creativity are involved.

A valid driver's license (category B) is a requirement.
