The Surgical/Urology Clinic in Örnsköldsvik is part of the regional operations in surgery/urology/ENT.

We have a well-functioning collaboration with other clinics and departments within our regional operations and work closely together.

We are an integrated clinic with operations in both surgery, urology, and orthopedics. We work in shared facilities with orthopedics and have a close collaboration between the clinics. Currently, there are 5 nurses and 2 nursing assistants in orthopedics, 9 nurses in surgery, 2 nurses in urology, and 5 nursing assistants in the surgical/urology clinic.

We are now looking for a nursing assistant to complement our team. We are looking for someone who wants to develop in their work and learn new things, who is curious and confident in learning more about and handling the technical equipment used in patient care. Our nursing assistants at the clinic work closely with patients and play an important role in patient flow and patient contact so that we can succeed together as a team in our mission. With us, you will work independently and share responsibility with the physician for the current clinic. We apply an individual onboarding plan.

The position is a full-time temporary position starting as soon as possible or by agreement until 2026-08-31.

Nursing Assistant for the Surgical/Urology Clinic, Örnsköldsvik

As a nursing assistant with us, you will work with:

• Staffing our sampling
• Assisting in various types of examinations, including cystoscopies, Trul, gastroscopies, colonoscopies, rectoscopies, wound dressing, etc.
• Other customary work included in the duties of a nursing assistant

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained nursing assistant
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you

• Have experience working in a clinic and/or experience in sampling, urology, or surgery
