About the role

As an inside salesperson with us, you will be an important part of our sales organization. You will work via phone to establish contact with both new and existing customers in the business and public sectors. Your task is to present our news services and publications that help customers make informed decisions and strengthen their operations.

You will:

• Work towards clear goals together with an engaged team.
• Drive sales by creating and nurturing customer relationships.
• Represent Pauser Media and contribute to strengthening our brand.
• Develop through continuous coaching and training.

The position is full-time, based at our office at Lilla Fiskaregatan 4A in Lund. Working hours are Monday to Friday.

Either has experience in sales or simply wants to learn and grow in the role. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude – you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy reaching set goals, and like to connect with new people.

• Fixed base salary according to collective agreement + commission from the first sale.

• The opportunity to influence your own salary – if you sell according to plan, you will earn at least 31,000 SEK/month.
