Description
Are you an engaged and experienced nurse looking for new challenges and wanting to make a difference every day? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our pleasant and forward-thinking HSL team.
As one of our night nurses has chosen to switch to a daytime position with us, we are now looking for a nurse who preferably has experience in municipal health and medical care, and is confident in their professional role as the work involves working alone.
The position offers variety as the schedule includes some evening shifts as well, totaling 3 weekday evenings over 3 weeks. Weekend shifts every third weekend with night shifts. All shifts involve working alone in the municipality as a nurse, where you independently manage the entire municipality and its various operations. You will work closely with nursing assistants in the different operations. This gives you both responsibility and freedom in your work.
We are looking for a nurse who preferably has experience in municipal health and medical care, enjoys challenges, and works with change processes.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include assessing and meeting individual care needs, leading health and medical interventions, and managing medication. You will also play an important role in mentoring and supporting colleagues in medical matters.
Documentation is done in the Lifecare system.
Qualifications
We are looking for a licensed nurse who preferably has experience in municipal health and medical care. You thrive in both independent and team settings, are structured yet flexible, and have the ability to prioritize even in hectic situations. You are confident in your professional role and have a genuine interest in working with people, where your empathetic ability and commitment will make a real difference.
