You and your colleagues will play a key role in developing and improving our operations, focusing on implementing good and close care.

The temporary position offers variation in work during both daytime and evenings, including every fourth weekend, where you will have the chance to independently manage the entire municipality during certain shifts. This gives you both responsibility and freedom in your work.

We are looking for a nurse who preferably has experience in municipal health and medical care, enjoys challenges, and works with change management.

Responsibilities

You will belong to a specific area in the municipality where you will be responsible for about 25 patients. Your tasks include assessing and meeting individual care needs, leading health and medical interventions, and managing medications. You will work closely with your colleagues and other professionals in the team, which will give you a broad and stimulating workday. You will also play an important role in mentoring and supporting colleagues in medical matters, working with competency supply by participating in training for staff.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and preferably have experience in municipal health and medical care. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, are structured yet flexible, and have the ability to prioritize even in hectic situations. You are confident in your professional role and have a genuine interest in working with people, where your empathetic ability and commitment will make a real difference.
