We are looking for

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary or healthcare administrator with good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written forms, as well as medical terminology. Knowledge of Cosmic, diagnostic coding, and experience as a medical secretary is an advantage. We appreciate a desire for challenges in your work. Personal qualities are highly valued. You are communicative and quality-conscious. You plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively and set and adhere to deadlines. You have problem-solving skills as you work well with complex issues.

What you will work with

Your main tasks consist of patient documentation and record management. As a medical secretary, you will handle several tasks related to record-keeping, such as mail management. You will work with colleagues who have extensive experience and good knowledge in medical documentation and diagnostic coding.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position, daytime Monday - Friday. Start date according to agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
