Röselidsskolan is a K-9 school with approximately 500 students. The school is located in Gråbo, close to nature and lakes. At our school, there are dedicated, driven, and knowledgeable employees who put children, development, and learning at the center. All development work is based on our prioritized areas of teaching quality, student health work, and self-leadership. We have clear forums where we collaborate to systematically improve our work with our students in focus. The work teams are organized into F-3A and B, 4-6, and 7-9. Educators work together in their teams around the groups in the different grades, based on a process leadership and a subject expert role. Each work team has a team leader, whose task is to serve as a link between management and the work team, highlight questions and thoughts of an overarching nature from the work team to management, as well as anchor and create understanding in the work team for decisions made.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work as a subject teacher in Spanish for grades 6 and 7. You will also teach in the school's support activities Paletten for students in grades 7-9. As a language teacher at Röselidsskolan, you will collaborate with other language teacher colleagues in modern languages and be responsible for planning, implementation, follow-up, and evaluation of teaching in Spanish.

QUALIFICATIONS

We expect you to have the relevant education for the position. You are easy to collaborate with but can also plan and prioritize your work independently. You should want to collaborate in teams and with students, and of course, you find it enjoyable to engage in development work both with students, in the work team, and preferably across the whole school. You have an inclusive approach and create good relationships with educators, student health, students, and guardians.
