About the Role
We are looking for a senior developer, a skilled and driven full-stack developer who wants to be part of a team where quality, collaboration, and technical innovation are in focus.
As a senior system developer with us, you will be a key player in our development team responsible for architecture, technical choices, and implementation of our digital platforms. We work in the Microsoft stack and build modern web and mobile applications in an Azure environment with Umbraco CMS. Together with the team of developers, you will ensure code quality and contribute to an efficient development process.

Experience and Qualifications
- Extensive experience with public web with high demands on accessibility, security, and performance.
- Extensive experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining ecosystems of scalable services in Azure.
- Experience working with a CMS.
- At least 7 years of experience as a full-stack developer in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript. Worked with one or more databases/ORM; Azure SQL, SQL Server, Entity Framework, MongoDB, Redis. Frontend and frameworks; HTML5, responsive/adaptive design, CSS3, worked with one or more frameworks; React, NodeJS, NextJS as well as experience in DevOps, CI/CD.
- Experience working in agile teams and methodologies such as SCRUM or Kanban.
- Relevant higher education or university degree.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, with good knowledge of English.
- A strong team player who contributes to the team's success.
Desirable Experience
- Umbraco (CMS).
- Experience working with Siteimprove or other tools to measure accessibility.
- Azure DevOps and infrastructure as code.
- Experience in mobile app development.
- Experience with Azure AI Search and Azure Open AI.
- Interest in developing AI services.
Our Technical Environment
We have a public web with about 1 million unique visitors per year using Umbraco as CMS.
The core of our services is generally Microsoft Azure for web, backend, identity (Entra complemented with Identity server), storage, AI (AI Search, OpenAI), and BI (Synapse, Databricks, Power BI), Integration (logic apps and Synapse). For mobile, we have apps on the Apple Store and Google Play.
We work in Azure DevOps for collaboration with business, projects, and for CI/CD, XCode Cloud for Apple, generally we have infrastructure as code.
We generally work with modern technologies and frameworks, primarily .NET Core, C#, Node.js, JavaScript, Azure SQL and SQL Server, React, Next.js, and tools like VS Code, Git, GitHub Copilot, Figma.
