We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting and guiding individuals in their development. As a Career and Study Advisor with us, you will have the opportunity to be an important part of our clients' success stories.

Your role:

• Individual consultations: You will have close contact with our participants, assess their needs and competencies, and coach them towards their goals.
• Career planning: Together with the participants, you will create clear and realistic career plans.
• Matching: You will actively work to match participants with relevant education and the job market.
• Organizing and conducting company and study visits: You will plan and lead study visits to companies and educational institutions to give participants insight into various professional roles and educational opportunities.
• Collaboration: You will be part of an engaged team and collaborate with various stakeholders in the labor market.

Who are you?

• Education: You have completed training as a Career and Study Advisor.
• Personality: You are a curious, empathetic, and driven person with a good ability to build relationships.
• Knowledge: You have a good understanding of the Swedish labor market, education system, and digital tools.
• Languages: Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you speak multiple languages.
• Organizational skills: You are structured and can plan and execute activities effectively.
