PostNord Customer Solutions is looking for a talented and passionate Android developer to join our product team for the PostNord App. As an Android developer, you will be part of our team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the PostNord App, providing our users with an outstanding user experience. You will work in our cross-functional team of designers, product owners, QA, and developers to create innovative solutions. We are looking for someone who wants to make an impact and address the needs of our millions of users.

As a team member, you will collaborate with the entire product team to implement solutions and ensure the best possible product experience. You will do this by:

  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, but above all, you enjoy solving problems and exploring possible paths forward.
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Being involved in improving development processes and influencing tool choices.
  • Conducting thorough testing to identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
  • Developing new functionalities as well as working with the entire product lifecycle.

As a person, you are committed, responsible, and unpretentious, and you want to be involved and influence the product on a larger scale.

  • You have a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • You have around 5 years of experience in developing Android applications. You know Kotlin from the ground up and have at least experimented with Kotlin Multiplatform.
  • You have experience with modern Android frameworks, such as Jetpack, MVVM, and Android Architecture Components.
  • You have a solid understanding of the Android SDK, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrations with web services.
  • You have experience with automated testing systems.
  • Understanding of agile development methods and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
