Main Responsibilities
We are looking for requirements analysts who are passionate about creating sustainable solutions for our operations. Solutions that also provide good user experiences for our target groups. This, in turn, contributes to achieving the desired effects of development initiatives.
Your tasks include collaborating with UX designers to map and evaluate the needs of target groups. Based on that knowledge, strategic goals, applicable laws and regulations, and technical possibilities, you will formulate requirements for solutions. You can work in project form or other assignment forms.
Your users, both applicants and employees within the agency as well as external actors, will make you an important cog in the agency's operational development.
You will have close collaboration with development teams but will also work together with several other roles.
You need to be interested in continuously discussing and evaluating your own and others' ideas and challenges. Therefore, it is important that you can communicate your knowledge of target group needs, your questions, and your results with stakeholders and colleagues. The work also includes taking meeting notes and writing requirement documentation.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is interested in and has the ability to understand other people's challenges and needs and has a desire to create solutions that meet these. You also have the ability to plan for structured requirement work and to drive and complete your tasks with good quality. Your work is guided by goal- and result-oriented thinking in prioritization, planning, and action. You set and adhere to timelines and change direction when goals change. Furthermore, you have the ability to see the whole picture and take into account the larger perspective. You understand your role but prioritize the best interests of the entire organization in your actions and decisions. You have good analytical skills.
We are looking for you who have
- Relevant university education with a focus on, for example, computer science, systems science, or cognitive science, or other education combined with experience deemed suitable by the employer
- Professional experience as a requirements analyst in agile system development teams
- Good communication skills and can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English
- Swedish citizenship
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience in information, concept, and/or process modeling
- Experience in moderating workshops
- Experience in stakeholder analysis
- Experience in Prototyping
- Experience working within government agencies
The position is classified in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will precede the decision on employment, which is why the requirement for Swedish citizenship is set for this position.
