Your daily life with us at EnRival Education

The work involves place-bound adult education in healthcare subjects.

As a healthcare teacher, you will guide and teach, as well as assess the student's knowledge according to the curriculum of the healthcare program. You will be responsible for grading. The role of the healthcare teacher also includes planning and follow-up of practical training (APL).

You will work in a team with several colleagues. You will have trained educators to support learning and assist with practical moments and follow-up.

Teaching is conducted on-site!

Your qualifications and background

• You must be qualified, licensed, healthcare and nursing teacher.
• You must have at least one (1) year of experience teaching in healthcare and nursing.

We would be pleased if you also have any of the following qualifications:

• professional experience from healthcare and nursing work
• licensure in additional subjects, especially Swedish.
• good language skills in e.g. Arabic

The position also involves some documentation for clients, students, and the principal. Additionally, collaboration with regulatory authorities and industry organizations is required. Good digital competence is necessary, as we use several digital tools.

You love helping people, and you are passionate about conveying knowledge. You have a good ability to motivate students to reach their goals.

As a person, you are secure, empathetic, and understanding. Your flexible approach allows you to solve problems. You have good social skills and the willingness and ability to work both in groups and individually. At EnRival Education, you need to be a team player with positive drive and wisdom.

• Employment type: Full-time. Permanent or as agreed.
