Hagforshem AB is a wholly owned municipal housing company that manages approximately 600 rental apartments in Hagfors and Ekshärad, as well as commercial premises, garages, and parking spaces.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

You will primarily work with regular property maintenance such as practical management of buildings, apartments, and land. Self-inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and minor maintenance projects.

Your tasks will also include snow removal and ice prevention.

We are looking for someone who is practical, service-oriented, and responsible. You have a good ability to plan your work independently. You have at least a high school education in property management or another practical education that, in combination with your professional experience, can be deemed equivalent.

We place great importance on your personal qualities.

Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, or construction is an advantage. The position requires a valid driver's license (category B).

On-call duty may be included in the position.
