We are now looking for a service-minded, confident, and driven Customer Receptionist with spare parts responsibility for our vehicle workshop, which is in an expansive phase.

About the role

As a customer receptionist, you will be one of our most important people in meeting the customer. You will have a central role where you:

• Receive customers and schedule service & repairs
• Plan jobs together with the mechanics
• Handle payments and customer dialogue
• Order, receive, and deliver spare parts
• Keep order in the warehouse and ensure correct inventory levels
• Ensure that the flow between customer, workshop, and warehouse works smoothly

You will be the link between the customer, workshop, and warehouse – and a central part of the operation.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in service, spare parts, or workshop work
• Solution-oriented, meticulous, and confident in both decisions and interactions
• Structured and good at prioritizing
• Used to working in various systems and not afraid of new programs
• Organized and professional in your customer interactions
• Can communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• At least a B driver's license

Meritorious:

• Experience with spare parts for cars/trucks
• Automotive technical education or industry experience
• Business acumen and a sense for commerce
• C or CE driver's license; the right person can receive assistance in obtaining heavier qualifications
