Your responsibilities

You will, together with the team,:

• Identify and win business with paper mills and the forestry industry, including handling side streams such as lime, fiber, bark, and sludge, etc.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with larger industrial customers, understand their process and flow structure, and drive business development.
• Participate in procurement and negotiation processes and drive your own negotiations and closures.
• Collaborate closely with internal functions for logistics, environment, etc., and finance to ensure profitability and feasibility.
• Report activities and key figures, follow up results, and contribute to the company's strategic goals.

Worth knowing

The position involves regular travel and approximately one overnight stay every other week. You will have access to an office space in Karlstad or Uppsala but can live in another location in the nearby region. The work requires close contact with customers and colleagues – digitally, on-site, and at the customer's location.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a commercial role, such as purchasing or sales, preferably related to the forestry industry or larger industrial customers. You are confident in yourself and used to mill environments where structure, long-term thinking, and good relationships are crucial. You have negotiation experience, enjoy driving business from idea to closure, and see opportunities in various types of material flows. Your experience allows you to quickly understand complex processes and find the way forward, even when business takes time. Having an established network within the industry is a clear advantage.

A driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish are required for the position.
