ABOUT THE POSITION
Tjeders Industri AB has been developing alarm and communication solutions for healthcare and safety since 1942 and is now an IT partner with expertise in innovative service deliveries to companies, regions, and municipalities. Tjeders has about 40 employees, with headquarters and its own factory in Malmköping, as well as offices in Stockholm, Lund, and Eskilstuna. As a Sales Representative at Tjeders, you will have a central role in the company’s continued growth and market presence. The role suits you who thrives with a lot of personal responsibility and feels confident in your ability to drive sales independently. You will work both to develop existing customer relationships and actively target new customers in installation, contracting, and end-user healthcare and safety. The sales processes vary in length depending on the customer and type of business, which means you need to be able to switch between quicker deals and more complex, long-term project sales. As Tjeders' face to the outside world, you represent a reputable and value-driven tech company and ensure that the brand is perceived as professional, knowledgeable, and reliable.
You will work from home and be responsible for customers in central and northern Sweden. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in sales, marketing, technology, and customer service. You will become part of the sales and marketing team and report to Tjeders Sales and Marketing Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Customer Responsibility and Sales: Responsible for sales, customer dialogue, and customer engagement within your district. You drive the entire sales process – from prospecting and needs analysis to quotes, negotiations, and closure.
- Business Development: Actively target the market to identify and win new business, customers, and markets. You will develop and implement a business plan for your district and be responsible for the sales budget and growth targets.
- Customer Relationships: Build, develop, and nurture long-term customer relationships through regular customer visits and follow-ups. You ensure customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities with existing & new collaborations.
- Follow-Up: Manage bids, quote requests, and order flows. Work systematically in the CRM system SuperOffice with pipeline, follow-up, and customer dialogues.
This is a broad and varied role, and in addition to the above areas, you will also participate in trade fairs, customer events, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has experience in relationship-building B2B sales.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in sales, customer meetings, prospecting, and relationship sales.
- Thrives in technology-related customer dialogues and preferably has experience from security, electrical, installation, healthcare, or similar industries.
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Has a valid driver's license B.
