About the Company:
Sun4Energy is a publicly traded company leading the transition to renewable energy. They offer innovative solutions in solar panels, electric vehicle chargers, and battery storage to individuals, businesses, municipalities, and farms. Their solar panels are not only sustainable but also efficient – they pay back their manufacturing energy within a year and last for 20–30 years.

About the Role:

As an Experienced Field Sales Representative, you will play a central role in strengthening Sun4Energy's presence in Västernorrland, Jämtland, or Västerbotten. You will be responsible for creating new customer relationships and maximizing sales through proactive fieldwork. With freedom under responsibility, you will build your own network of both private and corporate customers while positioning Sun4Energy as a leading player in renewable energy.


Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and contact new customers, including door-to-door sales and networking.

  • Tailor energy solutions to meet the specific needs of customers.

  • Build long-term relationships with both homeowners and smaller commercial clients.

  • Work closely with local networks to enhance the company's visibility and create new business opportunities.

  • Be responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a business-driven and engaged field salesperson who enjoys taking initiative and working independently. You have an eye for business opportunities and a strong desire to create success, both for yourself and the company.

  • At least 2 years of successful sales experience in solar energy or alarms, preferably as a field salesperson in B2C and B2B.

  • Strong ability to build relationships and earn customer trust.

  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and high energy to drive sales processes.

  • Experience in generating your own leads and enjoying door-to-door sales as a method.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.

  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English.



Other:

Start: As agreed 

Benefits: Wellness allowance, company car, flexible working hours, fixed salary between 35,000-50,000 SEK + commission 

A 1-year sales training program including 25 diploma courses in sales and live lectures every week. You will also have the opportunity to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training in Stockholm to further develop as a salesperson.
