In the role of team leader, you will manage the entire logistics flow in the departments you are responsible for. This means you will lead the entire process from ordering to completion on the shelf. As a team leader, you will work within the framework of BAUHAUS concepts, guidelines, values, business plan, routines, and policies. You are responsible for ensuring a good fill rate considering seasonal variations and campaigns. Furthermore, you will ensure that there is order and cleanliness, secure ordering proposals, and ensure that spot inventories function properly. It is important that you are an early riser as the early shifts start at 5:00 AM. You will also actively work to minimize waste and are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure working environment. If necessary, you will also be part of the company's on-call group.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments where you can express your sense of service and structure. You easily see the needs of others, accommodate them, and suggest improvements. We also believe that you have an understanding of product flows, economics, and quality. If you are also a relationship-building team player who enjoys human interactions, you will become a valued colleague.

You have completed high school or equivalent. You are proficient in Swedish both spoken and written, and English spoken. We prefer candidates who have previous experience in similar roles, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in a leadership position. You strive for quality and can work both long-term and short-term. A good economic understanding and basic mathematical ability are required. You are a driven and meticulous problem solver while being organized and good at maintaining your relationships both internally and externally. A driver's license is required.
