Campus Mölndal offers attractive and future-oriented education for adults. We are now taking the next step by starting an electrical installation training program within the ETG concept in the autumn of 2026. Therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to be involved from the beginning and help build the operation with us, contributing to an important part of the region's future skills supply.

You will be part of an engaged and supportive team and work closely with ETG College and industry stakeholders. Campus Mölndal is characterized by a forward-looking spirit, a focus on development, and good collaboration.

The position is a permanent employment at 100%. Full-time position, 40 hours/week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engaged and responsible electricity teacher for our new electrical training program. You who apply are a certified vocational teacher or have extensive competence and long professional experience in electricity. We collaborate with ETG College, which is a quality-assured modern concept for conducting vocational training in electrical engineering. A concept that allows students to receive an ECY certificate upon completion of the training and can immediately take employment as a first-year installer.

The position means that you will combine teaching with developing and establishing our new electrical training program. In this role, you will have a central function in introducing the ETG concept at Campus Mölndal. The work includes teaching, grading, and mentoring adult students. Initially, you will also participate in planning, project management, and building the practical and theoretical components of the training. You will also be involved in building the educational environments.

You will collaborate with colleagues, industry companies, and ETG College, among other things regarding APL placements and work-life contacts. The position suits you who want to be involved in shaping an education from the ground up and contribute to a modern, work-oriented, and inclusive learning environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with very good knowledge of electrical installation who wants to share their professional experience. It is not a requirement that you are a trained electricity teacher; the most important thing is your competence in electrical installation and your interest in supporting students' learning and development.

You should have a background as an electrician or electrical installer, with practical experience from the electrical or energy sector. You may have experience mentoring interns or newly hired employees. We also see that you have good collaboration skills, work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and can contribute to a positive work environment. The role requires good communication skills both verbally and in writing, as well as good computer skills.

Requirements for the position

• At least 3 years of experience in the profession as an electrician
• Holds B authorization and/or AI authorization as an electrician

In addition, we are looking for you who

• Have good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to communicate, inspire, and motivate.
• Preferably are a trained vocational teacher
• Have previous experience in education
• B driver's license is required for industry visits
• Experience with the ETG concept is an advantage
