Technical Sales Representative with Store and Warehouse Responsibility
Are you technically skilled and enjoy close contact with customers? With us, you will have a varied role where you combine sales, consulting, and responsibility for the store and warehouse.
About the Company
At Morek, we take pride in being a leading supplier of high-quality technical components to the transport industry. We offer a wide range – from wheel accessories and brake systems to axles and superstructure solutions – through collaborations with global manufacturers such as WABCO, BAWER, MCD, and SAF. Our focus is not only on products but also on service and technical expertise. We always strive to provide our customers with the right advice and quick solutions, and we have a dedicated team in sales, warehouse, and customer support.
With our headquarters in Skytta and a strong local presence throughout Norway, we are well anchored in the market and have a clear growth ambition. Our Swedish subsidiary, MoRek AB, is based in Hässleholm and shares the same focus on service, technical consulting, and long-term customer relationships. Together with our Norwegian offices, we work to be a reliable partner for workshops, resellers, and transport companies.
We now need to complement our team in Hässleholm with a technical sales representative with store and warehouse responsibility. In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal.
Your Responsibilities
In the role of Technical Sales Representative with store and warehouse responsibility, you will have a varied and developing everyday life where you combine technical consulting, customer contact, and practical work. You will be responsible for sales to both new and existing B2B customers, where you build long-term relationships and ensure that customers receive the right products and solutions. In the store and warehouse, you will work with order management, goods receipt, picking and packing, as well as maintaining a well-organized and sales-oriented store environment. You will provide technical support regarding trailer parts, brake systems, axles, and related products, and assist customers both on-site and via phone/email.
The role also involves planning and conducting customer visits, as well as participating in fairs and customer activities. Travel is expected, approximately 30–40 days per year.
Your Background/Your Qualities
We are looking for someone with a high school education, preferably with a technical focus, and documented experience in technical B2B sales – preferably within the heavy vehicle industry. You have good product knowledge of trailer parts and similar components and are comfortable providing technical advice.
You have previously worked in a store and warehouse and feel comfortable with systems support such as MS Office, CRM systems, and digital order management. A driver's license (B) is required, as well as good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
As a person, you are independent, proactive, and enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks. You are structured and solution-oriented, service-minded, and have an easy time building good customer relationships. You appreciate a role where you can combine practical work with sales and customer contact and are a team player who enjoys supporting colleagues.
We Offer You
We offer a broad and stimulating role in a company with extensive knowledge and high quality in products and services. With us, you will have the opportunity to influence both your everyday life and the company's development, while working closely with customers and products you can be proud of. You will become part of a dedicated team with a good atmosphere and a helpful culture, where your skills and drive are valued. We offer competitive terms, development opportunities, and a work environment where you can grow both technically and commercially.
Information and Contact
The position is a direct employment with MoRek with immediate start according to agreement.
