Your workplace

We moved in at the end of September and are thriving. Vårdcentralen Tullholmen is a training health center with training doctors. About 25 employees work at the health center, including doctors, district nurses, nurses, social workers, psychologists, healthcare administrators, nursing assistants, operations managers, and unit managers.

Your tasks

We follow patients through all stages of life. You will have a varied job with your own clinic, advice (via phone and digitally), and follow-ups. You will work closely with other professionals at the clinic and handle both planned and acute visits. You need to have an interest in teamwork and a desire to provide good care with high quality, accessibility, and continuity.

Your skills and competencies

We are looking for you who are a trained district nurse with a few years of experience. It is an advantage if you have further education as a diabetes nurse or heart failure nurse. Experience with Visiba Care or working with digital care is also an advantage. You have good communication skills, a patient-focused approach, and personal maturity that allows you to handle different situations with confidence and professionalism.
