We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented part-time onsite technician for one of our clients in Stenungsund. This is a flexible role where you work extra as needed and cover for absences. Do you have a strong interest in IT, good service skills, and a couple of years of experience in IT or technology? Then you might be the perfect person for the job!

As an onsite technician, you will be part of a small and close-knit team of two people. You will work on-site at the client’s location, handling both everyday support and more technical tasks. The position is well-suited for those who are studying or have the opportunity to work part-time.

• Installation and troubleshooting of software
• Support and troubleshooting in Windows and Office 365 environments
• Handling incoming cases from users
• Receiving, managing, configuring, and dispatching IT equipment
• Working in a Juniper network environment

Before starting, mandatory safety training will be conducted online.

We are looking for someone who has a natural ability to provide excellent service and enjoys helping various types of users with their technical challenges. You will be an important contact point for the business and will have a supportive IT team and established systems behind you.

• Installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software
• Troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing networks and network components
• Experience in onsite support or similar roles

A driving license (B) is required.

We place great importance on personality, but education in IT/technology/networking and previous experience are advantageous.
