We are now looking for an Insights Manager where you will lead the work on how we work with analysis - from capabilities and tools to delivery and application. The role is crucial to ensure more proactive decisions and for us to realize the full potential of data within the company in the future. You combine analytical skills, business understanding, and curiosity to find patterns and opportunities – and turn them into recommendations that make a difference in everyday life. Your work will provide a faster path to insight and action, as well as build our future analytical capacity, not just in technology but also in ways of working.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Own the development of analytical capabilities in the organization – including the choice of tools, methods, structures, and collaborations.
• Independently conduct analyses that lead to insight and action, both on your own initiative and at the request of the business.
• Act as a data-driven advisor to different parts of the business – based on questions but also by identifying patterns and relationships in the data yourself.
• Be involved in shaping how we work with proactive and prescriptive analysis, where you show what we should do.
• Function as a requirement setter for the data platform team, ensuring that the right data is available, relevant, structured, and usable for analysis.
• Explore and introduce new ways of working, methods, and techniques for more predictive and prescriptive analysis – for example, in collaboration with AI.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has a strong analytical ability and a genuine interest in understanding the business behind the numbers. You thrive in the intersection between data and operations – where your analyses have an impact. To qualify for the position, you also have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a role as a Data Scientist or similar.
• Master's or bachelor's degree from a university in a relevant technical field.
• Experience in independently conducting analyses that lead to business value.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and engagingly – visually, verbally, and in writing.
• Experience working with data and analysis tools as well as setting requirements for data supply.
• Good understanding of how AI and modern analytical methods can contribute to better decisions.
• Experience working closely with operations – preferably within real estate, energy, finance, and/or customer data.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
