The IT function currently consists of 23 employees working in servicedesk, operations, support, system management, and system development. Your Mission

As a technician in the Servicedesk, you are the primary contact point for the IT function. You assist our users via phone, email, and on-site, working with everything from troubleshooting and support to installation and delivery of hardware such as computers, phones, and accessories.

The team is also taking steps towards a more NOC-oriented working method. This means that you will also be involved in proactive monitoring, alarm management, and ensuring that our environments function stably and predictably.

Requirements for the Position

You have at least two years of experience in a similar role within IT operations or client management and want to continue developing. You thrive in the meeting between technology and people and take responsibility for delivering stable and well-thought-out solutions.

You have good knowledge of Microsoft environments and feel at home in modern client platforms. We want you to have deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows 11 clients, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365 services, or Windows Server. Experience with packaging and distribution of applications, policy management, and troubleshooting in an Intune-managed environment is a clear asset.

Experience with PowerShell automation, a good understanding of ITIL-oriented working methods, and experience with incident and case management in a servicedesk environment are also meritorious. It is a plus if you have worked closely with operations and are used to translating needs into concrete technical solutions.

As a person, you are confident, meticulous, and communicative. You listen to needs, help when needed, and work systematically both independently and together with others. You can make your own decisions and deliver with quality. In the recruitment process, we place great importance on your personal qualities.

For the role, very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required. A driver's license (B) is a requirement. Applications and CVs must be written in Swedish.
