About the position

At Perido, we are helping our client find a helpdesk employee for their office in Gothenburg. As a helpdesk employee with our client, both people and technology are at the center. In this role, you will primarily work with user support, both by staffing the common helpdesk and on-site at the Gothenburg office. Your tasks will vary and may include application support (primarily within the Office suite), installation of computers and mobile phones, management of printers and conference technology, as well as basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks.

Qualifications:

• At least a high school education (relevant post-secondary education is desirable)
• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably from a similar role
• You can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish

You have knowledge of and experience with:

• Office 365
• Active Directory
• Hardware management
• Conference technology

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of Azure and ITIL

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment for 6 months, with the possibility of permanent employment with the client company afterwards. Start immediately.
