We are seeking your expertise as a nurse/district nurse, currently placed in our home care team, in the Husum area.

Responsibilities

As a nurse, you are responsible for both specific and general care. You will work together with nurse colleagues in an area where you collectively plan your common tasks. You will have a central role in the team, working closely with other professionals (other nurses, EC, support staff, doctors, AT, FT, dietitian) with the patient at the center. Through your medical knowledge, we see that you find solutions that create security and added value for the patient. You will mentor staff and students, as well as provide support and advice to relatives. Together with colleagues and other professionals, you will work towards meaningfulness for the patient.

Qualifications

You are either a licensed nurse or district nurse, preferably with experience in the field. It is an advantage if you have mentoring training or other advanced training in elderly care, psychiatry, or district nursing. We are looking for someone who can work independently but also has the ability to see themselves as part of a team.

You should have a strong commitment, a positive attitude towards development, and be attracted to situations where innovation and creativity are involved.

A valid driver's license (category B) is required.
