As the IT Manager, you will have a comprehensive view of the company's IT environment – from computers and networks to systems and digital tools. At the same time, you will work strategically with digital improvements and future technologies – with a particular focus on how AI can contribute to smarter processes.

Examples of tasks may include: • Ensuring operation and support of the company's IT equipment and systems • Conducting installations, upgrades, and basic troubleshooting • Managing licenses, permissions, and user accounts • Coordinating hardware purchases and associated agreements • Participating in development projects related to digitization and AI • Collaborating with the group's IT function and external suppliers You will work in a Microsoft-based environment with tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and other systems used in the group.

We are looking for a solution-oriented and technically curious person who thrives in a role with both breadth and variety. We see that you have some form of post-secondary education in IT and/or technology and/or you have previously worked with IT operations or technical support and have an understanding of how technology and business are interconnected. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. 

We would also like you to have experience in: • Administration in Microsoft 365 and Azure • Managing licenses, permissions, and user accounts • Basic troubleshooting and system updates • License management and IT-related purchases You are a person who makes things happen – proactive, unpretentious, and practical. You thrive when you can solve problems, improve routines, and simultaneously think long-term about the company's technical development.
