This is What You Will Do with Us

• Work with solution design, development, and implementation of our customer engagement platform in Salesforce, including new features and optimization of existing solutions.
• Implement and configure Salesforce applications in Financial Services Cloud.
• Automate processes using tools like Salesforce Flow Builder.
• Provide advice on how Salesforce can be used to create business value.
• Participate in development with new technologies like Einstein and Agentforce.

Your Team and Workplace

As a developer at Dina Försäkringar, you will report to Peter Anderberg and be part of our dedicated Salesforce team. You will work at our office in Stockholm, centrally located at Skeppsbron 2. With us, you will have a workplace that values a good balance between work and leisure.

More About You

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce, including development, solution design, and configuration.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, especially Flow Builder and low-code automation.
• Experience with new technologies, such as Generative AI and integration solutions.
• Knowledge in requirements gathering and agile working methods.
• The ability to act as an advisor, understand customer needs, and translate them into value-creating solutions.

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud and from the insurance industry.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder.
• Knowledge of Salesforce AI functionality, preferably demonstrated through the AI Specialist certification.

As a person, you are curious and solution-oriented. You thrive in an environment where you can collaborate with others and take responsibility. You find it easy to make connections while sharing your knowledge with the team. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
