Your Role

We are now looking for a Program Manager for one of our business teams within BU Aerospace Systems. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for continuous monitoring and goal management of our operations and deliveries. You are a key player in the interface with the customer who expects quick and accurate feedback, both in daily operations and current commitments.

Being a Program Manager in one of our internal businesses within Aerospace Systems includes:

• Ensuring that commitments to each business are kept updated and communicated within Aerospace Systems.
• Ensuring that final delivery to the customer is fulfilled.
• Responsible for reporting and coordinating with the customer and coordinating customer data related to the business.

Specific tasks for the position include:

• Translating commitments into goals related to the business and following up on program goals, current key figures, and reporting continuously to the business manager.
• Participating in the business team.
• Conducting scenario analyses and program changes.
• Participating in analyses of new business opportunities.
• Together with planning managers and main planning, assess and approve requirements for changes in the customer's delivery plan considering production schedules.

Your Profile

As a Program Manager, we believe you have a technical post-secondary education or other relevant work experience. You have the ability and experience to collaborate at both strategic and operational levels across various organizational levels, both internally and externally. You possess good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

To be successful in this role, we see that you have a structured approach to work and plan and organize your tasks effectively. As a Program Manager, you will have a leading role in a business team and we expect you to drive your issues forward independently. You are a team player and are receptive to others in collaborative situations. We also see that you have the ability to set requirements and follow up on goals clearly.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
