About the role

As a care assistant in home care, you will work closely with our clients and assist them in their daily lives. Your main tasks will include personal care, support with daily routines, light household tasks, medication management, and transfers. You will meet several of our clients in their home environments where they have different needs for assistance.

Do you have experience in elderly care and are you a trained care assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare? Are you passionate about providing high-quality care, working with people, and do you have a team spirit? Then you are the right person for us!

Qualifications

• Trained Care Assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to cycle is a requirement
• Experience in elderly care

Meritorious

• B driver's license is a requirement

Employment form

Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period (Day/evening and every third weekend)

Immediate start or according to agreement

About the recruitment process

Before any employment, a criminal record extract along with valid photo identification must be presented. If you are called for an interview, you need to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
