About Us

Brunnsgårdens healthcare center is a doctor-led clinic focused on a good working environment and high medical quality.

Among our approximately fifty employees, there are several specialist doctors, three of whom are general practitioners. We also have several training doctors at different levels. Together, we have built a stable structure that provides a safe and qualitative educational environment. The healthcare center has a large geographical catchment area with 10,500 registered patients. We have a good cohesion with well-functioning teams across all professions.

The Job

We offer you a safe, fun, and educational employment as a junior doctor at the healthcare center. As a doctor at Brunnsgårdens Healthcare Center, you will work broadly within the field of general medicine with varied consultations, home visits, and more acute assessments. We have two nursing homes and a child health center connected to us, as well as a well-functioning collaboration with our municipal nurses.

We have a strong commitment to supervision and education, and as a doctor at Brunnsgården, you will work according to your level of training. In a junior doctor position, supervision and study time are included every week. Region Blekinge organizes regular continuing education for doctors in primary care, and the healthcare center arranges regular internal training for both the medical team and other staff.

If both parties wish, there is an opportunity for further employment as a specialist trainee in general medicine after 3-6 months of employment. The position can be credited towards a specialist training in general medicine. The position is also advantageous if you wish to apply for independent basic training within Region Blekinge.

We are looking for someone who has a Swedish medical degree and is ready to start or continue their medical career with an educational and responsible job at the healthcare center. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who collaborates easily, has the patient in focus, and contributes to a pleasant and good working environment. Mastery of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement. Some of our positions are security classified, where the employee must undergo a security screening interview and background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). Applicants who are being considered for employment must present an extract from the Police Authority's criminal record before employment.
